Shanghai Mingchang Neon Equipment Co. Ltd is a Taiwan-funded enterprise which professionally produces neon light transformers and sells different kinds of neon light equipment. The company was earliest founded in 1958, with a history of 45 years, it possesses an important position within neon light trade.

The company set affiliate in Shanghai in 1993 which devotes itself to promoting all kinds of import & export materials which consequently improves the domestic neon light production into a new level. In the year of 2003, the company got the certificate of ISO9001-2000 of International Quality Management System, our management system and the quality of products are greatly improved this year and have achieved a covering rate of 80 percent of lights on Nanjin road and the Bund.
